Terms and Conditions

Prices are in US dollars.
To confirm a reservation, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $300 must be paid within 10 days of making the reservation.
If the tour costs less than $400, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
If the reservation is made 10 days or less before the start of the program, it must be paid in full
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
If the reservation is made less than 10 days before the start of the services, it must be paid in full.
PV Travel is not responsible for lost or stolen items on any of our tours, programs or accommodations.
Prices do not include IGV 18% (applicable only for Peruvians or residents in Peru).
If the participants decide to leave before the end of the service, there will be no refund.
The seats in the transports are not reserved, they will be taken according to the order of arrival.

All cancellations 30 days or less before the start of our services will be charged 100% and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations for medical reasons can be refunded up to 50% upon receipt, by mail or email, of a verification signed by the client’s doctor.
Travel services canceled between 60 to 31 days before the start of the program are refundable up to 50% less payment fees (PayPal 8%, international bank transfer $70.00) and/or credits applied.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable at all times.
Reservations for Machupicchu are NOT refundable at any time.
